During holidays, product launches, and periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and support of our small business! Once your order has shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and service selected at checkout. Please note the processing time is separate from shipping time. Selecting a shipping method with a faster transit time does not necessarily mean your order will be processed sooner. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the available shipping options and your order details. While we do our best to ensure timely shipment, Earth & Ember cannot guarantee delivery dates. Weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery.
